TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Frank is a one of the most highly sought after trial technique and prosecutorial ethics instructors in the United States. He has taught for many years at the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, National Prosecutor's School in Columbia, SC and the New York Prosecutor's Training Institute.
